Terms of Service

1. The service

Privly helps teams find public buyer signals, qualify source evidence, organize leads, find work-email addresses on request, export selected contacts to supported CRMs such as HubSpot, and prepare reviewed next actions. Feature availability depends on your plan, permissions, and configured integrations.

Privly is operated by MASTERPIECE Technologies Inc. Third-party providers may support hosting, security, AI processing, analytics, communications, payments, discovery, and source integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with the rules of every source or platform you connect.

3. Your account

When you sign up for Privly, we automatically send emails to help you set up and use your account, including welcome messages, setup tips, reminders, trial guidance, and relevant workspace notifications. These follow your email preferences and account activity.

You can turn off app guidance and other optional emails in Settings under Email preferences, or use the unsubscribe link in those emails. Essential account, security, and billing messages may still be sent while needed to provide the service.

Promotional updates and offers are a separate choice. Agreeing to these terms does not enable that preference or reverse a previous unsubscribe.

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Privly for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Do not spam, run prohibited mass engagement, or violate source and platform policies.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or work around product or safety limits.
• Do not save or use public or professional data in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
• Before collecting, enriching, exporting, or contacting a person, establish the lawful basis and any consent required for your use. Provide required notices and honor objections, suppression lists, and unsubscribe requests under applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation where it applies.

5. Connected sources, email finding, and CRM exports

Connecting a source authorizes Privly and its configured provider to use the permissions you grant for the requested workflow.

Connecting an account does not send a message. You remain responsible for reviewing every reply or message and for respecting recipient preferences.

Requesting a work-email lookup instructs Privly to submit the relevant lead profile URL to Findymail and save the returned work-email result. An address being found or verified does not establish the recipient’s consent, permission to contact them, or guaranteed delivery.

Connecting HubSpot authorizes the granted integration permissions but does not itself export leads. Requesting an export instructs Privly to transmit selected contact data, match or create destination contacts, and perform applicable company linking. You must have authority to export those records to the chosen account and are responsible for their subsequent use there.

Requested exports may continue in the background after you close the dialog. The integration does not provide ongoing two-way synchronization. Disconnecting HubSpot or deleting data in Privly does not remove records already exported; manage those records in the destination CRM. Third-party service terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those services.

6. Your content and permissions

• You retain ownership of the business information, messages, and other content you provide.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
• You grant Privly a limited license to host, process, and transmit the content only as needed to operate the service.

7. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving them before use.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Pricing, usage limits, renewal terms, and trial details are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their billing terms may also apply.

Work-email lookups use the available work-email credit allowance shown in the product. A credit is consumed when a verified email is found and saved; unsuccessful lookups do not consume a credit. CRM export does not require purchasing an email lookup for each contact.

Canceling a free trial ends access immediately. LinkedIn discovery and outreach stop, and LinkedIn is disconnected. Your saved leads remain; a paid plan is required to reconnect. Trial cancellations already scheduled under earlier terms keep their stated end date unless you choose to end the trial now.

Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. When access ends, LinkedIn activity stops and LinkedIn is disconnected.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, unsafe use, unpaid charges, security concerns, or legal requirements. You may stop using Privly at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Privly is provided as is and as available. Public-source data and AI suggestions can be incomplete, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Privly harmless from claims and costs arising from your content, your use of connected sources, or your violation of these terms or platform policies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Venue is the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
