Terms of Service

1. The service

Privly helps teams find public buyer signals, qualify source evidence, organize leads, and prepare reviewed next actions.

Privly is operated by MASTERPIECE Technologies Inc. Third-party providers may support hosting, security, AI processing, analytics, communications, payments, discovery, and source integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with the rules of every source or platform you connect.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Privly for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Do not spam, run prohibited mass engagement, or violate source and platform policies.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or work around product or safety limits.
• Do not save or use public or professional data in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.

5. Connected sources

Connecting a source authorizes Privly and its configured provider to use the permissions you grant for the requested workflow.

Connecting an account does not send a message. You remain responsible for reviewing every reply or message and for respecting recipient preferences.

6. Your content and permissions

• You retain ownership of the business information, messages, and other content you provide.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
• You grant Privly a limited license to host, process, and transmit the content only as needed to operate the service.

7. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving them before use.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Pricing, usage limits, renewal terms, and trial details are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their billing terms may also apply.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, unsafe use, unpaid charges, security concerns, or legal requirements. You may stop using Privly at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Privly is provided as is and as available. Public-source data and AI suggestions can be incomplete, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Privly harmless from claims and costs arising from your content, your use of connected sources, or your violation of these terms or platform policies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Venue is the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
