Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains when Privly provides refunds for paid access and how to request one.

Free preview and trials

The one-time preview is free. A plan trial starts only after you choose a plan and complete checkout. Canceling a free trial ends access immediately and prevents its paid renewal. LinkedIn activity stops, and LinkedIn is disconnected. Saved leads remain; a paid plan is required to reconnect. Trial cancellations already scheduled under earlier terms keep their stated end date unless you choose to end the trial now.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund for your first paid subscription payment within 30 days of the charge date when Privly produced no qualified opportunities or leads for your workspace, or when the workspace has not materially used paid features.

We review eligibility using workspace usage records. Material use includes exporting lead or contact data, sending outreach, activating an automated campaign, or consuming more than 20% of the plan's included monthly opportunity or lead allowance.

• The guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription payment and not to renewals.
• A request may be denied after material paid usage, for repeated refund requests across related accounts, or where we reasonably identify fraud or abuse.
• Partial billing periods are not normally prorated.
• Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges are investigated separately and refunded where appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the account address with the workspace, charge date, receipt or invoice identifier, and a short description of the issue.

Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time.

Automatic renewals

Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Access after a refund

Paid access may end immediately after a refund is issued.

Disputes and legal rights

Contact support first so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights, including any withdrawal right that applies in your jurisdiction.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings → Usage & Billing. Canceling a free trial ends access immediately. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewals, and access continues through the paid billing period. Saved leads are not deleted when access ends.
